FARMHOUSE.

Accommodating up to 5 persons this was formerly the farm residence and still retains the original features such as the two hundred years old oak beam ceiling and the hundred-year-old quarry tiles.

The kitchen dinner has fitted oak units with gas/electric hob and new since 1999 an American fridge, with on demand chilled water and ice cubes and combined microwave/oven. This room has also an open stone built fireplace.

There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and walk in wardrobe. The other has two or three single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with a champagne ivory suite including large corner bath/shower, toilet and vanity basin. Total indoor area 60 sq.m.

The original south-facing veranda serves as an outside sitting and dining/barbecue area. The area is also walled with a gate to contain toddlers, Total outdoor covered area 30 sq.m.
